1. What am I buying.
The Bieler Group sells downloadable MP3 audio lectures and books in
downloadable pdf format.
2. How do I get delivery of my purchase?
Once you have selected your products and gone through the checkout,
you will receive an email. This email will contain a link for you to
use to download the files that you have purchased.
3. How do I use the MP3 files once I have downloaded them.
You should download the files to your desktop.
In Windows, you can click on these files to listen to them from your
desktop.
If you use iTunes on a Mac or PC, you can drag/import the files into
the program. Once in iTunes, you may listen to the programs or load
them onto your iPod.
These audio files are MP3's and are also compatible with Real Player
and Windows Media Player. You may import them into these programs
and use it to upload to your MP3 device.
4. What is the pdf file that came with the audio files.
The pdf that comes with some audio products are additional materials
that you can open and/or print. They contain instructions or
materials that the professor would like you to have in addition to
the audio lecture. Not all audio lectures come with pdf files. You
must have Adobe Acrobat on a PC to open the file. The Mac will be
able to open the file in Adobe Acrobat or in Apple's own reader.
5. What do I do with pdf book?
You will download the pdf file from the email you are sent. You can
then open this file on your Mac or PC using Adobe Acrobat. You may
then print a copy if you choose. Please remember that these are
copyrighted materials and are protected by copyright law.
